Robbery Leads Two People In Custody

A Bartlesville man and a woman are in custody for allegedly taking a woman's money from the Cherokee Casino.  24-year old Zachary Ray Dean Barnes is charged with second degree burglary and 29-year old Kati Jo Thompson is charged with accessory to a felony.  Ramona Police were called to the Cherokee Casino on U.S. Highway 75 to investigate the case.

According to a court affidavit, a security video indicated the suspects talking to each other.  Thompson left the casino and got into a Chevy Pick-Up.  Reportedly, Barnes stands near the victim, took her money, left the casino, and got into the pickup. 

Both Barnes and Thompson's next court date is scheduled for October 30th.  Bond for Barnes was set at $40,000 while Thompson's bond was set at $20,000.
