A Pawhuska man who is in the Washington County Jail on a robbery charge, faces more charges on another case.  25-year old Terrance Lucas Cottingham is charged with engaging in criminal activity, five counts of illegal use of a credit card, and knowingly concealing stolen property.

According to a court affidavit, on September 14th, two credit cards were used by the suspect at Wal-Mart to make multiple purchases.  Reportedly, a woman told Bartlesville Police that an American Express Card and a Discovery Card were taken from her vehicle.  The victim told the police that no one had permission to use the cards.  Wal-Mart's security video showed the suspect using the credit cards.

Cottingham and his brother 22-year old Cole Bud Cottingham were arrested earlier this week on robbery charges.  Bond remains at $150,000 for Terrance Cottingham.  His next court date for all cases is scheduled for October 30th.
