Four people who were arrested back on Monday on counterfeit charges were in court Thursday afternoon facing formal charges.  25-year old Melanie Ashley Debroeck, 30-year old Jeremy DeLeon Jackson, 29-year old Nancy Maxine Marie Jackson, and 42-year old Charles Ray McCarty, Jr. are charged with possession of forged instruments and conspiracy.

Bartlesville police served a search warrant at a home in the 1000 block of SW Jennings.  Several items of stolen identification, printed counterfeit money, several printers, and computers were recovered. 

All four suspects' next court date is October 30th.  McCarty's bond remains at $50,000 while Jeremy Jackson's bond is at $30,000.  Meanwhile Nancy Jackson's bond remains at $20,000 and Debroeck's bond is at $15,000.
