Rollins and Mead Arrested For Illegal Drugs

A Bartlesville man and a Dewey woman are in custody for allegedly having illegal drugs. 20-year old Tyler Scott Thomas Rollins and 27-year old Evelyn Evette Mead are charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm during a commission of a felony, and possession of paraphernalia. Bartlesville police were called to Gail's Hair Salon at 3920 SE Nowata Road where a suspicious gray car was parked in the parking lot.
According to a court affidavit, the two suspects were inside the car when officers arrived. Rollins identified himself as "Gary Ramos". Reportedly, Rollins lied about his identity. A K-9 Apollo smelled something suspicious outside the car. Officers searched the vehicle and found inside the glove box a 9 mm hand gun, 23 white pills, and meth. Court records indicate that Rollins was convicted in Washington County on drug charges. Both suspects next court date is April 1st.
Bond for Rollins is $150,000 while Mead's bond is $30,000.
