Bartlesville's Paths to Independence School needs you to participate in its "Light It Up Blue" Run for Autism a week from Saturday.  April is Autism Spectrum Awareness Month.  Autism Support Group Leader and parent of a child diagnosed on the autism disorder spectrum, Jean Jensen is proud of the school, its 42 students, and its one and a half educators to students ratio.

Paths to Independence was recognized with an Oklahoma Nonprofit Excellence Award in Oklahoma City.  Students can apply for the LIndsey Nicole Henry Scholarship through the State of Oklahoma.  The school is located at 4041 Sheridan Road in Bartlesville.

The 5k and one-mile fun run to follow leaves from Central Middle School at 8:30 Saturday morning, April 30th.
