Social media has put a figuarative target on State Representative Earl Sears.  A post from Oklahoma Source shows Sears's official photograph with a big yellow arrow pointing to his face.  It criticizes the state's funding shortage, and the accompanying road and school funding problems and then criticizes the 9 million dollar increase in the Legislative Service Bureau's budget.   Sears says that is simply the result of moving dollars from one pocket to another one.

Sears emphasizes that the move was made for accounting purposes and these are by no means new dollars.
