The Doenges Ford Indians are undefeated to begin the summer of 2017.

Bartlesville’s American Legion baseball team swept the Ada A’s in four straight games during two double-headers to open the season on Friday and Saturday.

The Indians beat Ada 6-5 and 13-5 in the twin bill on Saturday.

Despite giving up more runs, Bartlesville got two more good pitching performances from Zach Snow and Braden Beasley. The Indians now stand at 4-0 going into another double-header against Ada on Monday afternoon, this time it is on the road.

The Indian’s and A’s hook up at 3:00 and 5:00 from East Central University’s baseball complex.  

We will have both those games on the radio for you. The 3:00 PM game will be broadcasted on Sports Talk 1500 AM – KPGM and FM 99.1. Then the evening game around 5:30 will be on KWON – AM 1400 and FM 93.3.

Max Gross will have the call of that double-header from Ada.
