Barnsdall Football Hosts Hulbert

It is week number six of high school football across Northeast Oklahoma, a few local teams do not play on Friday, but there is still plenty of action.
In Barnsdall, the Panthers are trying to avoid a three-game losing streak in matchup at home against Hulbert. Barnsdall is 4-2, but after rolling through non-district play, the Panthers have lost their first two district games.
The district schedule has been kind of frontloaded – with games against Rejoice Christian and Afton. Barnsdall head coach Kylee Sweeney says defense needs to be emphasized.
Hulbert comes to town with a 4-1 record. The Riders and the Panthers will kick-off at 7:00.
You can hear a special presentation of Barnsdall football on KRIG 104.9 FM.
Pregame at 6:45, as Barnsdall vs. Hulbert will be called by Evan Fahrbach and Jay Stumpff.
