The Columbus Day holiday will move the Washington County Board of Commissioners meeting to Tuesday morning.   The board will take action on an agreement with the Cooperative Extension Service on behalf of Oklahoma State University and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Tuesday morning.  The board will also take action on a salary request from Election Board Secretary Yvonne House for the month of September.  Tuesday morning's board of county commissioners meeting is set for 9:30 at the Courthouse Administrative Center.
