A week from Friday, October 20th is the last day to apply for voter registration in order to be eligible to vote in the November 14th elections for the Country Corner Fire District General Election, City of Sand Springs Special Election, City of Tulsa Special Election and City of Barnsdall Special Election.  

 

Osage County Election Board Secretary Andrea Conner says you are eligible to apply to register to vote if you are are a United States citizen, residents of Oklahoma, and at least 18 years old.

 

If you have never been registered to vote before, if you are not currently registered in your county of  residence, or if you registered but who need to change your registration information you can apply by filling out and mailing an Oklahoma Voter Registration Application form in time for it to be postmarked no later than midnight Friday, October 20th.

 

Conner explained that applications postmarked after that time will still be accepted and processed but the applications will not be approved until after November 14th.
