Approximately 40 non-profit organizations will participate in the 5th Annual Bartlesville Holiday Wreaths & More. Each non-profit participates by entering a wreath to be sold by silent auction. 100-percent of the proceeds from the event will go towards the participating non-profits.

The wreaths will be on display at the Hilton Garden Inn hallway outside the ballroom on, Nov. 28 and 29. The wreathes will be moved into the ballroom for the Finale Party and will be displayed at the organizations tables.

Kiwanis Club of Bartlesville’s spokeswoman Karen Wilson says she believes this is the biggest fundraiser in any community.

Tickets for the Finale Party cost $10. Finale Party tickets can be purchased at the eastside Arvest Bank branch, the Hilton Garden Inn, and Truity Credit Union downtown. Tickets include refreshments, voting for favorite wreaths, door prizes, holiday promotions, raffles, and more.

At their tables, non-profits will accept more donations for their cause and will offer crafts, holiday items, raffle baskets and gifts. The non-profits will be on hand to recruit volunteers and promote their own events as well.

The Finale Party will take place from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 29. The silent auction and the Peoples’ Choice Award will end at 7:30 p.m.
