Dempster and Foreman Enter Guilty Pleas

Two Bartlesville man entered guilty pleas on charges that date back to January 2018. Jeremy Dempster and Kenneth Foreman were originally charged with kidnapping, maiming, assault and battery and shooting with intent to kill for incident that took place in January 2018.

Dempster entered a guilty plea on a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery. Three other counts were dismissed without cost. The State of Oklahoma recommended a one-year deferred sentence with district attorney’s probation.  

Foreman saw his charges reduced to two separate misdemeanor charges of assault battery. The state recommended one-year deferred sentences with probation as punishment for each count.

Both men are also ordered to pay $50 per month. They will next appear in court on the fines and costs docket on April 26th.
