OKWU Launches New Brand Identity, Website

Oklahoma Wesleyan University (OKWU) is proud to announce the launch of a new brand identity and website, okwu.edu.
The launch marks the culmination of months of rebranding for the university. Additionally, the university has introduced a new logomark, messaging campaign, and brand guidelines.
In a statement, Kory Pence, Vice President for Creative Impact, said: "OKWU's new brand is a significant milestone in our distinguished 115-year history as a leader in Christian higher education. We are privileged to share the transformative stories of our students, alumni, and OKWU community."
Pence said OKWU's future is bright, and the combination of the new color scheme and logomark embodies this optimism. The modern redesign better connects with those at every level of experience within the OKWU community. The new website highlights the many opportunities for undergraduate students, working professionals, and high school students, both on campus and online degree paths. With a more user-friendly and enhanced mobile experience, the new website is more accessible than ever before.
"The OKWU brand aspires to showcase the people and spirit of OKWU. Our brand is more than logos and colors. It is a promise of integrity and mark of academic excellence," Pence said. "Our unified voices enhance and strengthen our reputation as an institution committed to influencing the world with the Grace & Truth of Jesus Christ."
This announcement comes on the heels of other significant changes within the OKWU community, such as the inauguration of President Jim Dunn and the re-naming of OKWU's adult education enterprise to Graduate and Professional Studies. Recent renovations to our facilities create a more compelling campus experience, including a new Admissions office in the Lyon Chapel and Fine Arts Center.
OKWU is excited to continue to influence students' lives with the Grace and Truth of Jesus Christ.
