Public Hearings to be Held During City Council Meeting

A public hearing regarding a variance request to allow a travel trailer to be parked within the front set-back of 544 S. Hamilton will be held prior to the Dewey City Council meeting on Monday evening. The Council may take action on the item once the hearing closes.

The hearing will take place at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall located at 411 E. Don Tyler Avenue.

During the Dewey City Council meeting, a public hearing will be held regarding the dilapidation of 301 S. Shawnee Avenue. The Council may take action once the hearing closes.

From there, the Council will hear a sales tax report. Then the Council may or may not take action to amend the personnel policies and procedures manual for the City of Dewey and Dewey Public Works employees.

The Dewey City Council will meet at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. The Dewey Public Works Authority will convene immediately after the Council meeting.
