Indians Roster Set

The roster is set and we are a little more than a week away from the Doenges Ford Indians beginning summer baseball in Bartlesville.
Tryouts for the tribe took place on Saturday at Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium.
Varsity maintains from Bartlesville High School in Harrison Clark, Brenden Asher, Bradee Rigdon and Luke Fox will be on the club. Former Bruins from the college ranks in Alan Covarrubias and Jakob Hall return for another summer as well.
The duo from Caney Valley in Hayden Fiddler and Daniel Barham are back for another summer. Kael Siemers from Wesleyan Christian School, Josh Weber from Barnsdall, Nowata’s Jace Thompson, and Cole Hancock from Dewey are other local high school guys on the roster.
Six Oklahoma Wesleyan players are on the roster, along with a handful of other older local guys who played college ball, such as Pawhuska’s Ryan Jones, who spent last year at Northeastern Colorado.
There are full rosters for the younger programs in the Safari Smiles and United Linen Braves, as well.
Overall, Bartlesville, Dewey, Wesleyan Christian, Barnsdall, Pawhuska, Nowata, Glenpool and Oklahoma Wesleyan University will all be represented.
