UPDATED: The suspect in the fatal shooting of Randall Uriah Fugate on Sunday, July 30 was seen in Washington County Court on Monday afternoon. Trevian O’Dell made his first appearance in court Monday but was not arraigned on any charges.
According to an affidavit, O’Dell was at Brookhaven Apartments heading to a third parties’ apartment when he heard the victim and the third party arguing. The victim then came outside towards O’Dell, and they started arguing as well.
