A Bartlesville woman was arrested on Monday this week on the charges of aggravated trafficking of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), possession of CDS, and unlawful possession of paraphernalia. Tiffany Inman is alleged to have been in possession of Fentanyl and Xanax on Monday after officers arrived to do a welfare check at Walgreens.

Inman was sitting in the driver’s seat of her vehicle when police arrived. According to an affidavit, officers said that Inman showed officers a metal container that contained tin foil strips that appeared to have burnt residue on them.

Inman gave police a clear container that contained Fentanyl and Xanax. Inman also admitted to having fentanyl on her person. A female officer arrived to escort her inside the Walgreens restroom to retrieve it. When inside the Walgreens, Inman admitted to the officer that she had recently smoked Fentanyl the same day.

There was also a clear baggie that had broken open inside Inman’s clothing and spilled a white powdery substance onto the bathroom floor. The evidence was secured, and Inman was taken to jail. Officers recovered 7.7 grams of a powdery white substance, seven and a half Xanax pills, tinfoil strips, a red cut straw with the powdery residue, a metal pipe, and a butane lighter.

She is currently being held over on a $150,000 bond and her next court date is set for Sep. 8th.
