Osage Nation’s Health Benefit Open Enrollment occurs from Oct. 1 to Dec. 15.

According to a news release, Osage Nation members can enroll or re-enroll in the 2024 Osage Nation Limited Health Benefit Plan, Osage Prescription Card and Medicare Plan F/Part D.

All members who register or renew their Osage Nation Limited Health Benefit Plan will be entered to win a $100 Visa gift card. A winner will be randomly selected each week during the enrollment period.
