1 Fatality Confirmed in Barnsdall Tornado

Osage County Emergency Management Director Jerry Roberts is confirming one fatality and extensive damage in Barnsdall following Monday night's tornado.
Barnsdall Mayor Johnny Kelly says the damage is still being assessed.
Roberts says there are shelters open in Pawhuska for those who are needing assistance. Additionally, Roberts is asking for onlookers to please stay away from Barnsdall.
The Osage County Commissioners held an emergency meeting at 11 a.m. at the OSU Extension Office in Pawhuska to declare a disaster for the county and for Barnsdall.
Gov. Kevin Stitt is expected to tour the damage in Barnsdall later Tuesday afternoon.
