The renowned Price Tower will be up for auction on the Ten-X Commercial Real Estate Platform beginning Thursday, August 22, 2024. The public auction is scheduled to run from October 7-9, 2024, offering a unique opportunity for investors and enthusiasts to acquire this historic property.

According to the press release given to Bartlesville Radio from Cynthia Blanchard with  Copper Tree and The Price Tower Tuesday evening, the auction will feature the Price Tower itself, but it will not include the art collection housed within the building. The art collection will be addressed separately in the second phase of the transition process. This phased strategy is designed to facilitate a seamless transition, ensuring the preservation of Price Tower's storied legacy while paving the way for future development and growth under new ownership.

The organizers are dedicated to achieving a fair and competitive sale and invite all interested parties to engage in this exceptional opportunity to become part of the Price Tower's continuing history.

For more details and to register for the auction, visit the Ten-X platform starting August 22, 2024, at www.Ten-X.com.

Meanwhile, the family who owns The Mayo Hotel in Tulsa confirms to our news partners at  News on 6 its interest in buying the Price Tower in Bartlesville. The Oklahoma Secretary of State's website shows the family started Price Tower Hotel and Residences LLC back in June.
