Update: Two Suspects Released in Osage County Homicide

Update: Two men who were being held in the Osage County Jail on accessory to murder charges in regards to a shooting that occurred at Lake Bluestem near Pawhuska last weekend have been released.

Osage County District Attorney Mike Fisher says there is insufficent evidence to hold Allen Brown and Owen Ewing, so the two were released. Fisher added this remains an ongoing investigation. 

Caleb Andrews is still being held in the Osage County Jail on a first degree murder charge and Charli Alexander is being held on an accessory to murder charge.

Four arrests have been made in the ongoing homicide investigation that occurred at Lake Bluestem near Pawhuska early Saturday morning. The victim has also been identified as Enrique Ramon Urbana. 

According to witnesses, Caleb Andrews, also known as, "Laylo," retrieved a firearm and shot Urbana after Andrews assaulted Urbana. The altercation took place at a birthday party where alcohol was present. 

Sheriff Bart Perrier provides a preliminary investigation and requests the public's assistance in the matter. 

Upon further investigation, Osage County Sheriff's Office investigators have determined three other individuals were involved in Urbana's death. Owen Ewing of Blackwell, Charli Alexander of Pawnee and Allen Brown of Ponca City have all been taken into custody and are being held on accessory to murder charges.
