Bamm-Bamm is a name made familiar by the Flintstones. Bamm-Bamm only goes wham-wham, but what was learned from the Flintstones was that sometimes that can come in handy.

Bijou Smith, med tech at the Washington County SPCA, introduces Shabam, a hound, pit bull mix with enough energy to out do a firework.

Smith says that Shabam enjoys walks, toys that squeak, jumping, and any other outdoor activity.

Along with hyperactivity, Shabam is also known for talking back, especially during bed time says Smith, which he does not like.

Smith suggests that a possible adopter for Shabam have prior dog experience or invest in a basic training school, but says she feels anyone could do it with a little patience.

The SPCA has many events coming up in the future, so please stay tuned! You can check their facebook page, or check back in here for more information. On the horizon is their participation in Kids Fest and the possibility of a cat cafe.

The WSPCA is Tuesday-Friday from 12-30-6 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information on anything listed, please call the Washington County SPCA at 918-336-1577.
