Monday was an opportunity for Osage County residents to learn more about agriculture at the OSU Extension Office at the fairgrounds in Pawhuska. They hosted an open house featuring pamphlets on different programs they offered. All 77 counties have an extension office and this is the 112th year of agricultural extension in Oklahoma.

Osage County Extension Director Rick Clovis talks about the progress that has been made during that time.

Clovis says the nice thing about working in his position is he has connections to specialists at Oklahoma State and he can get guest speakers to come talk on various topics.

4-H Educator Ember Butcher talks about a special program they have planned for kids this summer.

That summer program will take place at the extension office in Pawhuska. For more information, you can call 918-287-4170.
