A $100,000 bond has been set for a Bartlesville man who allegedly was involved in a recent burglary incident.  24-year old Charles Cody Cummings is charged with second degree burglary and knowingly concealing stolen property.  A student from Oklahoma Wesleyan University told Bartlesville police that her items were taken including text books and school supplies.  According to a court affidavit, the suspect's parents told officers they saw Cummings leave their home with a flashlight and came back carrying an armful of items.  Reportedly, the police found inside the home the missing items.  Court records indicate that Cummings has three felony convictions in Washington County and one felony conviction in Osage County.  Cummings has a burglary case pending in Washington County scheduled for February 17th for preliminary hearing.  Cummings' next court date for the new case is February 6th.
