Bartlesville's Eggbert's restaurant wasn't open for its normal breakfast crowd Tuesday morning.  That's because, according to Assistant Fire Chief Bill Hollander, a police officer noticed a fire there during the early morning hours.

Hollander says there was smoke damage to the building.  He complimented the fire crew for some fast work.

No word yet from Eggbert's on when they re-open for business.
