Cummings Trial Date Scheduled

A Bartlesville man who is accused of taking items from an Oklahoma Wesleyan University student has a trial date set for April 15th.  Charles Cody Cummings is charged with second degree burglary and knowingly concealing stolen property.  The student told Bartlesville police that her text books and school supplies were taken.  According to a court affidavit, the suspect's parents told officers they saw Cummings leave their home with a flashlight and came back carrying an armful of items.  Reportedly, the police found inside the home the missing items.  Cummings remains in jail on an $100,000 bond.
