Washington County Emergency Management Director Kary Cox presented a request for a Second Quarter payment for a Performance Grant during the Board of Commissioners regular Monday morning meeting.  The request was approved. Another issue related to emergencies, an agreement with the city of Bartlesville on a proposal with Bartlesville Ambulance Service EMS for ambulance service was discussed and approved.

Bids for every facet of roadwork were approved and awarded according to the cost of the items and transportation costs. District 3 Commissioner Mike Dunlap submitted a “Used Beam Request Form” to be used for bridge work near Bird Creek on Highway 11. Dunlap said by using recycled material, the county will save somewhere between 30 and 40-thousand dollars.
