OK Mozart Continues with Art and Music

OK Mozart is nearly halfway over and still going strong with a variety of events for the public.
This afternoon Fran Stallings gathered at the Library with children to share traditional Japanese stories, songs, and games. At 5:30 Stallings will be meeting with adults to share what Disney didn't with “Grimm's Fairy Tales” in the Price Tower Media Room.
For those of age, Hopestone Studios is hosting Mozart and Merlot at 3PM. Adults can join in an afternoon painting an Italian landscape. Everything, including the Merlot, will be provided as the class reproduces visions of Mozart and “Don Giovanni” in Italy. Reservations for this event are mandatory.
This evening a musical trio from the University of Central Oklahoma will perform at the Community Center. Trio Antiqua features Theodora Morris on violin and recorder, Ralph Morris on violin and viola, and Thresa Swadley on cello. The show begins at 6:30PM.
