Are Fall Sports Heats Up

 

Bartlesville High volleyball and softball are still searching for their first victories of the year, as both squads continued action in week No. 1 of the year on Thursday evening.

The Lady Bruin volleyball club fell at Skiatook three-sets to none: 25-10, 25-21, 25-16.

Meanwhile the BHS softball club lost at Sand Springs 19-0. Lady Bruin softball is right back in action again on Friday – as they travel to Choctaw.

Other softball scores on Thursday night  – Oklahoma Union stayed hot, with wins over Hominy, Foyil and Sperry. Caney Valley was all over Barnsdall 16-4.

Games in softball on Friday: Dewey begins play in the Beggs Festival. Nowata will play in its own tournament. And Caney Valley travels to Foyil.
