Bruins Sweep Bixby

 

The Lady Bruins and Bruins basketball teams made it a road sweep on Friday night at Bixby.

On the girls side, it was a low scoring first half, with Bartlesville leading just 15-7 at halftime. The Lady Bruins would turn it on in the second half to score 31 points and win 46-36. The BHS girls are 16-4

The Bruin guys basically led wire-to-wire in a 57-49 win over Bixby. Jaylin Oliver had a wild shot that gave the Bruins the lead at the end of the first quarter.

He finished with 30. This was Oliver’s second straight 30-point game at Bixby. Bartlesville won its 10th game, most since 2015-16. Bruin guys are back to .500 at 10-10

Both teams are next at Sapulpa on Tuesday.
