The Dewey Bulldoggers are looking to return to prominence with the postseason on the horizon. The Doggers will host Chelsea for a home contest on Tuesday night. Dewey beat the Green Dragons 58-35 on the road back on Jan. 7. That was one of just three wins for the Doggers all season.

Dewey has dropped seven games in a row since Jan. 23. The team has been short-handed over its last few games with Hayden Thornton and Caden Baughn nursing injuries. Bulldoggers head coach Lance Knight wants his team to stay competitive down the stretch.

The Class 3A district assignments have been announced. Dewey will head on the road to play at Beggs in a two-team district. The Doggers have just three regular season games left on the slate including Tuesday’s. District games will begin Feb. 21.

You can listen to Dewey and Chelsea on KRIG 104.9 FM. Coverage starts at 7:50 p.m.
