Final District Game for BHS Softball

 

The Lady Bruin softball team is back in action on Monday against Stillwater. 

This game against the Lady Pioneers will be the final district contest of the 2019 sesaon, as BHS will try to improve its standing heading into the playoffs in just a matter of weeks.

Because the softball and volleyball seasons begin in early August, this is the stretch run of those couple fall sports. Bartlesville head softball coach Kyle Minton talks about who has been playing well of late. 

Seven of the final eight games on the docket for BHS softball are at home. Following Monday's game against Stillwater, Sapulpa and Oologah will visit Bartlesville for non-district contests this week.

Lady Bruin volleyball is off until Tuesday, but Bartlesville had yet another successful weekend in a tournament. BHS won two more matches in Stillwater over the past four days. One of them against Union.

The Lady Bruins are 8-7 since the end of August.
