Final Game for Bruins in Tahlequah

 

Bartlesville High boys’ basketball will wrap up play in the Tahlequah Tournament on Saturday afternoon, as the Bruins made the consolation bracket finals after a victory over Salisaw on Friday, 51-37.

BHS started out slow on offense, but scored 32 second half points to pull away from the Black Diamonds. That is win No. 1 for Clent Stewart and BHS in 2019-2020.

The Bruins (1-3) will face another Tahlequah-based team, in Sequoyah on Saturday afternoon. Sequoyah pounded McAlester in its second round game, 75-43.

We will have the Bartlesville-Sequoyah basketball game on the radio for you from Tahlequah on KWON – AM 1400 and FM 93.3. Pregame will begin just after 2:00 with a 2:30 tip off.
