GAC Starts on Thursday in Bruin Field House

 

We are just two days away from the return of the Great American Conference Tournament coming to Bruin Field House.

Bartlesville will be home to the NCAA Division II basketball for the final time on Thursday through Sunday, as the conference will move the event to the UMAC in Tulsa following this season.

There are once again a good contingent of Oklahoma team’s on both the men’s and the women’s side.

For the men, Southeastern Oklahoma State, Southern Nazarene, Oklahoma Baptist and East Central will be on hand.

The women will have Southeastern, Southern Nazarene, and Southwestern Oklahoma State.

After deciding not to bid on the tournament in the future this past season, the GAC asked to come back to Bartlesville one final year before they begin their run in Tulsa. Commissioner of the Bartlesville Sports Commission Bob Pomeroy talks about the GAC coming back to Bruin Field House.
