The Doenges Ford Indian’s were swept in their final home games of the season on Thursday night, as Three Rivers run-ruled Bartlesville’s summer baseball team twice.

The Bandits came away with a 13-1 victory in five innings in game one, and took a 15-2 win in four innings in game two. Bartlesville opened up the flood gates with errors in the first contest.

Three Rivers earned wins over Alan Covarrubias and Hayden Wood, who both pitched valiantly for Bartlesville.

The Indian’s still got good production from the top of the lineup, as Shawn Sutton continues to have a summer to remember. This triple in the bottom of the first in game two helped Bartlesville stay in the contest early.

Bartlesville drops to 3-27-1 on the season with the two losses.

The Indian’s will not play any more home games, as KWON learned the Oklahoma State Legion Tournament will be in Madill next week.

Bartlesville will wrap up the regular season at Ada for four games starting on Friday night with a 6:00 and 8:00 DH. Indian's will then play Ada again at 3:00 and 5:00 on Saturday afternoon.

All four games can be heard on KWON - AM 1400 and FM 93.3.
