Indian's Hold Tryouts Today

Friday is the first day there will be an organized baseball workout for high-school aged guys in Bartlesville since the pandemic began.

The Doenges Ford Indian’s are holding their first round of tryouts at the Oklahoma Wesleyan baseball field off Silver Lake in Bartlesville. This is the first step of many in the Indian’s playing some baseball this summer.

Any baseball player in the area between the ages of 15-19 will be allowed to try out at 4:00 PM on Friday. There will be a second round of tryouts on Saturday afternoon at 1:00 PM.

Indian’s manager John Pannell says about 50-60 guys are expected to tryout over the next two days, with the possibility of more.
