Quarterback Battle for Bruin Football

At Bartlesville High, the Bruins wrapped up day No. 2 of practice on Tuesday.

The Bruins do not play until Sept. 4, which gives them a bit more time to get set for the season opening game against Claremore at Custer Stadium.

The fall camp gives head coach Jason Sport the ability to watch some position battles for the first time. Bartlesville, like much of the area, was without spring camp or 7-on-7 drills this past summer.

The main battle to watch will be at quarterback, as Paxton Bradford, a senior, will be going against Harrison Clark for the Bruin signal caller. Both bring some different things to the position.

Sport talks about their attributes.

We have a full downloadable and printable Bartlesville football schedule HERE.

You can hear from Bartlesville head coachJason Sport, and many other area coaches, during our Saturday morning coaches breakfast broadcast.

Live from 7-9 on Saturday morning on KWON – AM 1400 and FM 93.3. It is our annual high school football preview show.
