College football over the weekend, things got kind of wild both across the country and in our state.

Oklahoma dropped its first game of the season on the road at Baylor. Sooners struggled offensively again in a 27-14 loss at Baylor. OU falls to 9-1 on the season. After some students rushed the field, Baylor chose to kick a field goal as time expired to give the Bears a 13-point advantage.

Point differential is a potential tiebreaker in a three-way tie scenario for the Big 12.

Sooner head coach Lincoln Riley says he didn’t like how the sequence played out.

Another big one for OU on Saturday as the Sooners host Iowa State. Cyclones just lost at Texas Tech on Saturday.

Oklahoma State continues to play well. The Pokes blasted TCU at home, winning over the Horned Frogs, 63-17. OK-State rushed for 448 yards in the win.

It was a Blaine Green long TD catch that put the Cowboys win on ice.

Cowboys are also 9-1. They will be on the road at Texas Tech on Saturday.

Tulsa also got an overtime win on the road at Tulane, 20-13
