State Girls Golf Area Recap

 

Bartlesville girl’s golf wrapped up a great 2021 season with a good performance at state.

BHS shot a round two 367 as a team, which was 16 shots better than day one. BHS finished at No. 10 as a team overall. It was a good day individually for Lisa Brown, who shot an 81 in the second round. Her two-day total of 169 put her in the top-25 of the event.

Campbell Craig, Taylor Price, Emilyn Rainbolt and Grace Lumpkin also improved their scores overall for BHS.

Elsewhere at state, Dewey’s McKenna Smith shot a round two 99 and finished with a 187 in the 3A state tourney.

In 2A, Nowata’s Lizzie Wooolman shot a 108 yesterday for a two-day total of 213.
