The Washington County Commissioners will meet Monday morning to possibly take action to declare a disaster emergency after this week’s storm damage across the county.

According to an agenda, the commissioners will hear from Washington County Emergency Management Director Kary Cox about all the tornado and severe storm damage countywide and then make a decision on whether or not to sign a proclamation to declare a disaster.

The commissioners will also open several bids for supplies and equipment for county departments. The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. Monday on the second floor of the Washington County Administration Building, 400 S. Johnstone Ave., in downtown Bartlesville. The meeting is open to the public.
