ABB, Musselman Named Businesses of Year

ABB and Musselman Abstract Company were named businesses of the year Tuesday night at the Bartlesville Chamber of Commerce’s 120th annual Gala at the Hilton Garden Inn.

ABB was named large Business of the Year. The company traces its Bartlesville operations back to the late 1960s when it was known as Applied Automation. ABB now employees nearly 300 people at their facility in the Bartlesville Industrial Park.

Musselman Abstract was named Small Business of the Year with its more than 100 year history in Bartlesville serving real estate and title services.

Visit Bartlesville received the Frank Phillips Award, Mayor Dale Copeland received the Tom Shoemake Award and Tara Gotwalt received the Ernie McAnaw Award.

Ann and David Anderson received the Jim Gillie Outstanding Citizen Award and Cory Snelson received the Rising Star Award.

Leadership Bartlesville Class XXXIII graduated 31 citizens with their class projects of renovating the basement at The Journey Home and securing kitchen supplies for Hopestone Cancer Support Center.
