One Dead in Fatality Collision Near Pawhuska

One person is dead in a fatality collision in Pawhuska Saturday night.
 
OHP reports the crash occurred at approximately 8pm Saturday evening on County Road 2625 and State Highway 99 in Pawhuska. 
 
A pickup truck driven by Cody Jay Sayler, 30, of Skiatook was west bound on County Road 2625 and a Jeep Wrangler, driven by Charles Bingamon, 70, of Skiatook was south bound on State Highway 99. OHP said Sayler's pickup truck failed to stop at a stop sign and struck Bingamon's Jeep on the front drivers side.
 
Melvillia Bingamon, 68, of Skiatook, a passenger in the Jeep, was pronounced deceased on scene due to injuries sustained by the collision.
 
Charles Bingamon, driver of the Jeep, was transported by Airevac to Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, where he was admitted in critical condition with head and internal trunk injuries. 
 
Cody Jay Salyer, driver of the pickup, was transported by Pawhuska EMS to Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa, where he was admitted in critical condition with head, external trunk and internal trunk injuries.  
 
OHP reports Sayler had the odor of alcoholic beverage on him and that the cause of collision was due to the failure of Sayler to stop for traffic control device.
