Dewey Football Prepares for Preseason Scrimmage
The Dewey Bulldoggers are looking to build off last year's near playoff run and make their first postseason appearance since 2019.
Fall practice started on Monday for the Bulldoggers as they count down the days until kickoff later this month.
The Bulldoggers hosted a team camp during spring workouts and competed in a handful of 7-on-7 competitions at three different schools. On Aug. 21, Dewey will host a four team scrimmage with Nowata, Rejoice Christian and Hominy. Rejoice Christian and Hominy will play a half-game against each other, followed by Dewey and Nowata in a half-game.
Dewey opens their season on Aug. 27 in Vinita.
