Indians Look For Summer Help

Just two days away from summer baseball in Bartlesville, as the Doenges Ford Indians will retake the field on Saturday and Sunday afternoon to kick off their 2024 season.

The Indians feature 14 local athletes, including five college players. The club will face Neodesha, Kansas for the first four games of the season this weekend before a trip to Fort Smith, Arkansas next week.

Ahead of the home openers, with more than 25 home dates on the schedule, the Indians are still in search of volunteers to help the program.

If you or someone you know would like to help out, manger John Pannell explains how you can.

You can contact the Indian's Facebook or text John Pannell at 918-397-9393.

KWON and KWONTV.com will have coverage of the double-headers on Saturday and Sunday to begin the season.
