Nowata Basketball Still Searching for First Win of Season

 

The Nowata Ironmen basketball squad hits the hardwood again Friday evening when they take on Chelsea on the consolation side of the bracket in the Ty Hewitt Memorial Tournament.

Nowata has been in a funk to start the season as they sit at 0-3 with losses to Fairland, Dewey, and Rejoice Christian.

Head Coach Derick Ott still searching for his first win as Nowata’s head coach as he replaced Nate Smith after his departure in May.

Ironmen and Green Dragons will battle at 5:30 p.m. with radio coverage on KRIG 104.9 FM and video coverage on KRIGTV.com
