OKWU Basketball Opens Conference Play on the Road

 

OKWU men and women’s basketball opens the conference season on the road Wednesday night against Bethany College in Kansas. For the men, they’ve been riding a four-game winning streak to complete non-conference play including a win over #12 MidAmerica Nazerene.

On the women’s side, it has been a tougher start as they are 1-3 through four games but are on a one-game winning streak. The women start conference play at 6 pm against Bethany with the men to follow after at 8 pm.

Both games will be simulcasted on SportsTalk 99.1 FM KPGM from the Bethany broadcast if you would like to listen.

Both men and women will have their first home conference game on Saturday as they both host Ottawa with the women tipping at 3 pm and the guys tipping at 5 pm.
