Barnsdall Off to Hot Start

 

The Barnsdall boys are off to one of the hottest starts in the area, they are 2-0.

The Panthers have their third straight home game to begin the season on Friday against Woodland. Barnsdall scored 99 points in a 73-point pounding over Shilder on Tuesday 99-26.

The point total was outrageous thanks to Barnsdall sharing the basketball. Panther head coach Clif Warford talks about Tuesday’s victory.

The 99 points Barnsdall scored on Tuesday was impressive, but Warford went on to say that defense will likely carry this Panther team in the playoffs. Barnsdall is allowing only 33 points-per-game to its opponents this season.
