BHS Softball Has Season End

Bartlesville softball had its season come to a close on Tuesday evening in Tulsa, as the Lady Bruins lost their first two games in their regional at Union.

BHS fell to Jenks in the opener 12-2, then fell to Ponca City 5-2 in the elimination game. That puts a wrap on the first fall sport of 2019 for BHS, and finishes up the first year for Bartlesville head coach Kyle Minton.

The Lady Bruins had an up and down season, finishing at 9-23.

Winning four games in the Oologah tournament, and beating the likes of Enid and Choctaw in 6A play would serve as some of the highlights for BHS.

We will have more on the Bartlesville softball season later on.
