Big Night for KC Sports

 

Nice night for Kansas City sports fans, as the Chiefs got a win on Monday Night Football and the Royals got a playoff victory at Yankee Stadium.

Royals scored four runs in the top of the fourth to beat the New York Yankees, 4-2.

The first came on a solo home run from Salvador Perez. 

The best of five set is tied at 1-1, as the series moves to Kauffman Stadium for two games starting on Thursday night.

Meanwhile the Kansas City Chiefs did not have much trouble with New Orleans. Chiefs beat the Saints, 26-13.

Former KC running back Kareem Hunt was good in his return to Arrowhead. 

Hunt, who was just signed as a free agent two weeks, had 100 yards back in Kansas City.

The Chiefs are 5-0 and are now on a bye-week, they next go to San Francisco a week from Sunday afternoon.
