Bond Projects Still Ahead of Schedule

 

Bartlesville Public Schools Superintendent Chuck McCauley stopped by the studios on Wednesday to give an update on where BPS stands in relation to starting school next year.

He also gave a little update on the bond issue projects, some of which will effect athletics at BHS.

Because students have not been on campus the past eight or nine weeks, that has aided in the construction efforts for both the Ag building and the Custer Stadium press box. McCauley says they are way ahead of schedule.

Still no word on summer athletics, let alone what might happen this fall with sports in the high school ranks.

The OSSAA is planning on having an announcement of their plan to get back on the field at some point on Friday, we will have that for you, along with reaction from the Doenges Ford Indians, and others, when or if the plan is approved.
